I am Dr Alison Grimston.

After 10 years in general practice, I too feel the frustration of increasing patient expectations fuelled by the Government and the media.

A few years ago, following my disillusionment at the treatment of Doctors by the Government, I decided that I didn’t want to rely on just my income from the NHS. I wanted to have several different sources of income and to invest wisely. That way I would be secure – whatever happened to the National Health Service and to pensions generally.

This led me to discover a world I had known nothing about, and on this site I am going to continue to share my findings with you.

I have now taken the plunge of going part time, finding my passion and living the life I want to live.

Over the last two years I have been personally mentored by some of the UK’s greatest business, inspiration and wealth coaches, and I have invested in property and the internet so that I know I can retire when I want. I am passionate about sharing the knowledge that I have gained with you, so that you too can live the life you love.

Despite my love of the Internet, there is no denying that in my eyes the quickest way to financial freedom has to be through property, and it should be a part of every doctor's investment plan.

Did you know:

You can invest in property easily even if you do not consider yourself to be a property investor!

You can leverage the bank's money, buy below market value, do a place up, remortgage the house/ flat and take your money out again. You can let the place out, with the tenant paying the mortgage for you, and have an appreciating asset with none of your own money left in it!

Sounds a bit time consuming? Well, I have found 3 sets of people who will do all the hard work for you, leaving you after 5 years with 5 properties appreciating at 8-12% per annum, a tax free income of £50,000 per annum, and financial freedom!
